Information for members of the public

The police service like any other large organisation will have some bad apples. However police officers generally do not have the same employment rights as members of the public and cannot make ‘complaints’ against fellow officers.

There are many officers who have done the ‘right thing’ and have been hounded out of the police service for reporting malpractice and corruption.
